The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin an inflammatory, anticancer, antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal superfood. The findings in a study published in the Journal of Cardiology showed a 65% lowered risk of post bypass operation heart attacks when eating curcumin. That group also exhibited significantly lower levels of oxidative stress markers in their blood and inflammation.

Remember inflammation is the root cause of all disease and so much of your pain!

Reduced inflammation = Reduced pain
